Hi!  I am Wendi Freeman and my passion is creating unique, life-changing experiences that spark engagement, inspire change, and enrich lives, communities, and organizations.

For over 20 years I have been planning events, workshops, retreats, and masterminds for groups ranging from 12 to over 700 people, and budgets ranging from $1,000 to over a million, including events that have generated over six million in revenue! 

 

Throughout my career, I have seen and personally experienced the impact that live events can have on people's lives.  After attending numerous personal development events, I realized that my ability to plan experiential events was being underutilized in the corporate world, and I made the courageous decision to walk away from a steady paycheck to launch my own business.  Now, I am able to leverage my expertise and passion to plan events that are meaningful to me and I get to create environments that facilitate personal growth.

Everything I do, and every decision I make is designed to enhance the attendee experience through emotional connection, intellectual stimulation, and physical excitement. 

 

My experience as an attendee allows me to see beyond the event logistics and plan events through the lens of my clients.  My mastery of empathy enables me to connect with my clients and partner with them in their vision. I make intentional, heart-driven decisions that translate my client's purpose, and I plan and execute with equal drive and passion.
